I would love to take a moment to recognize Robin at Cremation Society of Nevada in Carson City for the extraordinary care and compassion she showed while helping me through the cremation arrangements for my mother. She treated me with such kindness and genuine empathy. She anticipated questions before I even knew to ask them, she explained every step clearly, and made an overwhelming process feel manageable. Her warmth and attention to every detail gave me tremendous peace of mind and allowed me to focus on honoring my mother’s memory instead of worrying about the logistics. I will always be grateful that she was the person guiding me through such a hard time.

Summer was outstanding, everything went incredibly smoothly with all of Summers help throughout this process. My sister and I truly appreciate all of her amazing support, assistance, and kindness through this incredibly challenging time. She is such a great asset, we thank you for all the help she and Lyle provided to us.

This group is very much about dignity and respect. The office person, Summer, made this difficult time a lot easier. Death is something you know is going to happen. Once you lose your person, it's really important to have a group of people that are caring and professional in handling the afterlife care.

Summer is so wonderful and helpful! She really took care of me and my family after the loss of my little brother... she was kind, understanding, and just an amazing person! They took care of everything and made sure that my brother was well taken care of until we picked him up. I recommend this establishment to anyone who is suffering from a loss. They really put you and your family first!

Cally, thank you for checking in. Everything was handled with great care and concern for my needs as well as my husband's wishes. Summer Miller took such wonderful care of me, my mom and most importantly my husband, Ron. She was always available to answer questions, assisting me through this process and even came by my home to drop off the certificates and his ashes. She was an angel guiding me through this painful loss and grief. Thank you for the care and dignity you all provided for me and my dear, sweet Ron. ❤️🙏

I find it amazing that they had a representative come to my apartment to help set up my cremation plans. Erin was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend Cremation Society of Nevada to put your mind at ease and have everything done and prepared for my family. Also, they have a 90 day same as cash to help with payments.

Our experience was very positive! They were kind, and helpful in answering our questions. They were sensitive to our feelings at this tender time of the passing of our Dad,.Robin was especially helpful. I would definitely recommend them!

Robin who helped me after my husband passed away was absolutely amazing and kind. She was so in touch with my feelings and gave me all the time in the world. She helped me and my whole family dealing with his death and cause of. Robin was an angel on earth and had given me so many tips and helped me choose what I wanted and sort of my feelings when I wasn’t able to deal with any of it so soon. A truly amazing soul I hope every coffee she has is the perfect temperature and every night she has the best nights sleep. Thank you for your time and patience during the toughest time of my life.
